2025 Winners
We are excited to share the results from 43rd Annual Sertoma Chili Cook-off!
64 chili samples were entered into the blind judging competition with some of the most qualified judges in the 4-state region, including restaurant owners, chefs, Food Sport certified judges with credentials from KCBS, SCA, and WFC, and the Missouri and US champion Steak cook-off winners!!
The samples were numbered and split into 7 random groups (and scored in areas of taste, aroma, mouthfeel, and overall), with the winners from each group advancing to the finals table and the top 3 non-winners as wild cards.
The 10 final cups were re-numbered to ensure blind judging and sampled and scored again to determine the winners.
